Corduroy fabric for the outer: 65 cm (25 9/16 in) long × at least 110 cm (43 5/16 in) wide.
Lightweight cotton fabric for the lining: 100 cm (39 ⅜ in) long × at least 110 cm (43 5/16 in) wide.
Lightweight fusible interfacing (for example Vlieseline H200): 34 × 65 cm (13 ⅜ in × 25 9/16 in).
Lightweight fusible fleece (approx. 3 mm / ⅛ in thick, type Vlieseline H630, approx. 86 g/m²): 45 × 90 cm (17 11/16 in × 35 7/16 in).
One 40 cm (15 3/4 in) zipper.
One 25 cm (9 13/16 in) zipper (or a cut-to-size zipper).
One strap, 250 cm (98 7/16 in) long and 3 cm (1 3/16 in) wide.
5 rings, 3 cm (1 3/16 in) wide (I used 2 D-rings and 3 rectangular rings).
Two slider buckles, 3 cm (1 3/16 in).
 
Optional:
 
Double-sided fabric tape, 5 mm (3/16 in) wide, to make the zippered pocket easier.
